16 days until Christmas?? but howwww?? Since Halloween everything has flown by, I love the holiday season and I wish it could just slow down a little. Today I wanted to share some simple mantle decor ideas that you can throw up with ease and be ready for these last 2 weeks before Christmas. I have linked everything below + a few other decor ideas!
I wanted to start with my favorite part about decorating a mantle for Christmas and that is, the garland! Give me all the garland. For our mantle this year I combined 2 different faux 6ft pieces to make this chunky looking garland. I personally like the look of different kinds of branches woven together, pine, spruce, olive branch, boxwood, cedar, the possibilities are endless and all look great! I also added a bit of wood beaded garland to finish her off.
I also added a grouping of candles to one side and a faux fur tree to finish off the look. Ive been rearranging below the mantle weekly, but now that we have our tree I think its all finished! Building a beautiful mantle doesn’t have to be hard or expensive. Add some of your favorite garland, candles/reindeer/bottle brush trees/or wooden trees, along with some stockings and you are all set!
