I just have to share a little experience I have had lately. I have been struggling with re-growth of damaged hair. I went too blonde too fast before my wedding and now I have a big ol patch of hair on the back of my head that refuses to grow until NOW! I bought three products from amazon that have changed my hair crazy in the last two months. Olaplex, silk pillow case (who would have thought), and silk hair ties. All these are super affordable and for me has made a huge difference. If you are struggling like me with hair loss or breakage, maybe this will do the trick for you as well!
A couple other things I am loving have to do with skin care. With wearing a mask at the gym I have been more prone to breakouts, I have switched to a great, cheap, face cleanser that has cleared those blemishes right up! Also have made sure to make time for some self care, this has been a game changer in my skin and overall mood/ energy! Using the holy grail of face masks, a dark spot corrector toner, an anti aging facial oil, and a great face cream has left me glowing. Take time for yourself at least once a week, its good for you and you deserve it!

If you have a dog, stop here! If not…you should get one😉 haha. We have a Boxer, named Remi, she has the most sensitive system I have ever experienced when it comes to dogs. She is also struggling with her joints at a really young age so we have found some things that have really helped her. We love to hike with her, take her to run on the beach, and she loves her dog parks with her friends, so keeping her healthy and happy is my goal!
