Healthy Smoothie Bowl

 This protein packed smoothie bowl is a healthy and a cool choice for summer breakfasts and lunches! Super quick to make and fills you up!  Ingredients and directions below Friends. 

I N G R E D I A N T S 

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries (or frozen açaí pack from trader joes) 
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use plant based) 
  • 1 scoop pb2 
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach 
  • cinnamon to taste 
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • sometimes add a little ice for thickness 

Toppings I Enjoy:

  • peanut butter / nut butter 
  • coconut shavings 
  • berries 
  • bananas 
  • granola 
  • honey 
  • chia seeds 
  • dark chocolate chips 

D I R E C T I O N S 

  • Blend all ingredients ( I just use a ninja bullet) 
  • add ice or more milk depending on the consistency you want 
  • pour into bowl 
  • add your favorite toppings 
  • ENJOY!
