This protein packed smoothie bowl is a healthy and a cool choice for summer breakfasts and lunches! Super quick to make and fills you up! Ingredients and directions below Friends.
I N G R E D I A N T S
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (or frozen açaí pack from trader joes)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use plant based)
- 1 scoop pb2
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/4 cup oats
- sometimes add a little ice for thickness
Toppings I Enjoy:
- peanut butter / nut butter
- coconut shavings
- berries
- bananas
- granola
- honey
- chia seeds
- dark chocolate chips
D I R E C T I O N S
- Blend all ingredients ( I just use a ninja bullet)
- add ice or more milk depending on the consistency you want
- pour into bowl
- add your favorite toppings
