- 1/4 cup almond milkĀ
- 1 frozen bananaĀ
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (or frozen aƧaĆ pack from trader joes)Ā
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use plant based)Ā
- 1 scoop pb2Ā
- 1/2 cup frozen spinachĀ
- cinnamon to tasteĀ
- 1/4 cup oats
- sometimes add a little ice for thicknessĀ
Toppings I Enjoy:
- peanut butter / nut butterĀ
- coconut shavingsĀ
- berriesĀ
- bananasĀ
- granolaĀ
- honeyĀ
- chia seedsĀ
- dark chocolate chipsĀ

- Blend all ingredients ( I just use a ninja bullet)Ā
- add ice or more milk depending on the consistency you wantĀ
